A mercury glass brass and bronze pendant sparkles and recessed lighting is ready for your tasks. Butcher block counters line each of the 3 walls of Kraftmaid base cabinets that offer endless storage for pantry items, tools and accessories. Open shelving rises on each side with black iron brackets and a window brings in natural light perfect for an indoor herb garden. Outlets line the walls for small appliances and a wine/beer/beverage cooler is built into the base cabinets. This little room is functional and fantastic.
Three muted colors of tile rotate to create the well-worn feel of this brick-inspired flooring in a herringbone pattern throughout the mudroom and hall. The intricate design travels from the two-car garage door to mudroom with built-in custom bench and shiplap wall with shelf, hooks for hanging and storage underneath. A hall leads to the half-bathroom with Kohler pedestal sink, Kohler toilet and another detailed tile pattern. Next, the hall ends at the large laundry room with both a coat closet and cleaning closet, a window, and space for a side by side washer/dryer. In the mudroom you’ll also find a door leading to the full basement and oak finished steps leading up to the unfinished bonus room with dormer, mechanicals planned out for easy finishing if desired.
A seeded-glass transom window tops the entry to the master suite. The 10’ ceilings rise to cathedral height in this stunning retreat and beams intersect the peak with a wood and bronze chandelier suspended for ambiance. A transom window adds natural multi-dimensional light over the bed space and large windows look out to the wooded privacy of the backyard.
The ensuite bathroom is a soothing place with an amply sized walk-in custom subway tile shower with penny tile floor, niche, bench, Kohler bronze hardware and a frameless glass surround. A double, 72” Kohler vanity with Quartzite countertop and Kohler undermount sinks, is topped with two vanity mirrors with shelf, bronze/brass vanity lights. A generous private commode houses a Kohler toilet and a linen closet offers additional storage.
The Master walk-in closet is off the bathroom with antique white laminate shelving in a custom-planned design on all three walls to make the best use of the tall ceiling for storage. Hardwood floors and recessed lighting continue here.
Off the main living room is a uniquely-designed wing with two additional bedrooms, a built-in desk and full bathroom. This loop can be entered by either of two entrances, each with a coat closet, bedroom with seeded glass transom window, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, continued hardwood floors and 10’ ceilings. Each side is a mirror image of each other and the halls meet at the shared full bathroom with 48” vanity with cultured marble top, Kohler fixtures and a tub/shower combo. A window looks out to the wooded side yard. The hall holds a linen closet and across from the bathroom a savvy use of space: A built-in desk area with shiplap wall, open shelves with iron brackets, and a whimsical bronze/brass hanging light fixture. This area could be used as a home office, homework station or craft area.
The entire 2100 sq ft first floor is mirrored downstairs creating endless opportunities for additional space. Mechanicals are housed here including a 200-amp electrical panel neatly labeled and conveniently right at the bottom of the stairs, a high-efficiency Carrier propane fired furnace, a full-house air exchanger, and a well pressure tank. All are located smartly to allow you to close them off, and two full-egress windows allow you the right to finish it off safely. Ask for pricing if desired.
An unfinished bonus room with dormer is set off the fully finished staircase in the mudroom. Real wood treads will assure this space feels like part of the home if you choose to finish it. It’s insulated and electrical and heat were run for easy finishing. We can provide quotes to finish it as one large space with or without a bathroom. Ask for details.

Open Floor Plan: Gleaming oak hardwood floors begin at the front door and run throughout the entire living space. They were just refinished and together with the 9-foot ceilings, add to the open, airy feel of this home.
To your left is the first bedroom, currently set up as a spacious home office with the hardwood floors and glass doors. The main full bathroom is adjacent to it and followed by the second bedroom, which looks out on the backyard with carpet and a generous closet.
The spacious living room features a gas fireplace with painted mantel and is wide open to the large, but informal dining room with chandelier. It also opens to the kitchen and breakfast nook for easy conversation with the chef at work. A neutral gray paint on all the walls creates an easy flow among the spaces.
Kitchen: The kitchen shines for both its beauty and its functionality. The grey cabinets and stunning granite countertops are plentiful so you’ll have more than enough space to work and store accessories. In addition, you’ll find a pantry closet. The undermount sink faces the breakfast nook and looks out on the backyard through the sliding glass door to deck. Easy access to the mudroom and garage make bringing in groceries less of a chore.
Master Suite: At the far end of the home is the private master ensuite. The large bathroom features a tiled floor, tub/shower, and attractive white double-vanity with marble countertop and undermount sinks.
The spacious master bedroom easily holds the king sized sleigh bed and accompanying dressers, and nightstand. There’s a ceiling fan overhead and a large walk-in closet and newer laminate flooring.
Backyard: This beautiful backyard promises hours of recreation and relaxation! The deck with pergola offers a shaded outdoor dining space off the kitchen. Steps lead down to an additional deck area that housed a hot tub at one time, and make a great secondary seating area to take in the sun. A stunning paver custom patio offers a fire pit and room for lounge chairs, and a paver walkway brings you from the decks to the front driveway. The entire yard is closed in with a high-quality vinyl fencing with dual gates. The grass is meticulous and there are two raised beds for vegetable gardening.
Additional Details: The two car garage is a side-load with a well-maintained blacktop driveway. The mudroom and laundry room makes an easy entry to the home and provides access to the full basement which features a large finished area and unbelievable storage.
