Standard Operating Procedures

While personal safety and respect for homeowners are paramount to us as buyers' agents, so is the privacy of our buying clients.

As such, prior to a showing we do not require the following:

1 - Proof of your identification.

2 - A signed exclusive brokerage agreement.

3 - Pre-approval for a mortgage loan or proof of funds.

*Please note prequal/proof of funds are recommended, subsequently required to write a purchase offer, and may be required by many listing agents to tour their listings.
