Joley Tetreault
Born and raised on Long Island, Joley moved to Clifton Park at age 17 and has felt most at home in the Saratoga area ever since, despite living in Oregon, New Jersey and North Carolina over the years. In each of her many moves Joley found great satisfaction in using her vision and design skills to create a home for her family. This passion left her consistently dreaming of working in real estate though her primary career has been in education. A Saratoga Springs area resident for the past decade, in 2020 Joley made the decision to kickstart her future in real estate. She's been eagerly helping buyers and sellers realize their dreams of home and living out her own. Joley currently lives in Malta, NY with her two her goldendoodles, Oakley and Saige, and has 2 grown children.
Lara Nikolaidis
Lara is a lifelong resident of Saratoga County. She’s moved several times over the years and throughout each process developed a passion for buying, selling, and building homes. Her interest in the real estate market continues to grow, especially her desire to help and empower clients to find the property of their dreams. Lara has a unique ability to identify clients’ needs and work collaboratively with them to bring it to fruition – a skill she built while working over 30 years in the beauty industry. Her keen eye for design and a knack for understanding market trends enhances her expertise to assist clients in finding a home that not only meets their expectations, but also reflects their personal style and aesthetic. Additionally, Lara is compassionate, detail oriented, and an active listener. These attributes underpin her commitment to represent clients with integrity as they embark on making one of the biggest decisions of their lives to sell or buy a home. Lara currently lives in Mechanicville with her husband, son, and 3 small dogs and while Lara loves to travel, her home is her oasis. She is deeply energized by helping others find or create their own oasis that they too can call home.
